Breast lift with implants cost in Turkey 2026: what to budget

A breast lift with implants in Turkey starts from €3,440 when the lift and Motiva implants are combined in one operation. This is a surgical starting price; at Dr. Semih Yıldız's clinic the price is quoted individually for each case after he has reviewed your photos and medical history. Within that operation, the implant and the extent of the lift shape your individual price; an added procedure or a longer hospital stay raises it further. Because implants are not lifetime devices, a realistic budget also allows for check-ups and possible later implant surgery.

That starting figure is for the combined operation explained on the page for breast lift with implants in Istanbul, in which the lift and the implant are planned as one design.

Two operations in one

In a single operation of about 2–3 hours under general anaesthesia, two things happen. First a pocket is prepared and the implant placed; then the lift takes away the surplus skin, shapes the breast over the implant and raises the nipple. This is why the starting price is above that of a breast lift on its own: the implant itself and the extra surgical step are added.

One night in hospital is usual afterwards, and the stay in Istanbul lasts about a week. Some women add a tummy tuck or liposuction under the same anaesthetic, typically after pregnancy. An added procedure lengthens the operation and may mean another hospital night, so it raises the price. It is only advisable if your health and the overall operating time allow it.

The implant you choose

Motiva silicone implants are used as standard, and the starting price is based on them; their shape, profile and volume are chosen from your measurements rather than from a cup size. Other implant options cost extra, so the exact implant should be named in your quote. Whether it sits above or partly under the chest muscle depends on how much of your own tissue will cover it, and this is decided on medical grounds.

Ask for the implant details in writing (manufacturer, model, shape, profile and volume) and keep the implant card or record you are given after surgery. If the manufacturer offers a warranty or replacement programme, ask what it covers, for how long and whether you need to register.

How much lifting you need

The lift follows the degree of sagging: a scar around the areola for mild drooping, a vertical scar for moderate sagging and an anchor-shaped scar for advanced sagging. The more skin there is to remove and the further the nipple has to travel, the more involved the operation becomes. When the two breasts differ, each side can receive a different implant volume, a different lift or both, within the same plan.

When two operations are planned

For most patients the lift and the implant are done together. In a minority of cases, for instance when the breasts differ a great deal or the tissue is thin, operating in two stages can be the safer choice. Two operations mean two anaesthetics, two hospital stays and usually two trips, so the total is higher than for a single operation. If staging is suggested, ask for both stages to be priced in advance, together with the expected gap between them, so that you can plan the whole course of treatment.

Budgeting beyond the operation

Some expenses arise long before any implant check-up. The surgical price covers the operation and anaesthesia, the hospital stay planned for it, standard pre-operative blood tests, your surgical bra, the medication you take home, and the check-ups and stitch removal in Istanbul. If a pre-existing health condition calls for extra tests or another night in hospital, these are charged separately at the hospital's rates. Accommodation for about a week is not part of the surgical price. If you would rather have your stay in Istanbul arranged for you, the full package price adds hotel accommodation, transfers between the airport, hotel and hospital, and accommodation for a companion. Flights are never included, and the time you will be away from work (1–2 weeks at a desk, 4–6 weeks in a physical job) needs planning too. Once the surgical bra phase is over, you will also need soft, supportive bras that fit your new shape.

Over the years, implants need monitoring and may need replacement or revision. None of this follows a fixed schedule, but it belongs in a realistic budget:

  • Check-ups at home: follow-up with your own doctor and, when advised, breast imaging such as an ultrasound or MRI scan.

  • Implant-related problems: capsular contracture (hardening around the implant), rupture or a change in position can require further surgery.

  • Revision after a combined operation: a touch-up, such as tightening skin that has loosened again, is needed more often after a lift with implants than after either operation alone.

  • Later life changes: pregnancy, weight change and ageing can alter the breasts and may lead to a further lift or an implant exchange.

Revisions are assessed individually. If Dr. Yıldız considers a revision medically appropriate, he charges no additional surgeon's fee; the operating room, materials and any new implants are charged at cost. Changes that come later with time and tissue ageing, for example a breast that sags again years after the operation, are treated as a new operation and charged as such.

From photos to a written quote

The online assessment starts with front and side photos of your chest, your bra size and your medical history. The photos show most of what decides the price: how far the nipple sits below the breast fold, how empty the upper part of the breast is, how wide the breasts are and how different the two sides look. Your bra size adds a sense of your current volume, and good, even light against a plain background makes these details easier to judge. Your details are reviewed by Dr. Semih Yıldız, and the written quotation you receive before booking sets out the plan he proposes.

Check that the quote names the implant type and an agreed volume range, the expected lift pattern, any breast imaging needed before surgery (for example if you are over 40 or have a family history of breast disease), follow-up once you are home and, if staging is planned, the second stage. If you choose the full package, its price should be in the written quote too. The final implant choice is confirmed at the face-to-face consultation before surgery.

The operation steps, recovery timeline and possible risks are explained on our augmentation mastopexy page.

Frequently asked questions

What if I already have breast implants?

Then the plan has to include what happens to them. They may be kept, exchanged for a different size or type, or removed, and the scar tissue around them may need treatment. This changes the operation and therefore the price. Send the implant details you have (manufacturer, size, position and date of surgery) and your operation notes together with your photos.

Should I keep a record of my implants?

Yes. Keep the implant card, or a written record of the manufacturer, model, size and serial or batch number, together with your operation notes. You will need these details for future check-ups, for breast imaging, for any claim under a manufacturer's programme and for any later operation, wherever in the world it takes place.

What happens if the final implant differs from the one in my quote?

The quote usually names an implant type and a volume range based on your photos and measurements. The final choice is confirmed in person before surgery. Motiva implants are the standard choice, and another implant type costs extra. If the examination shows that a different type or size would suit you better, you should be told before the operation whether this changes the price, so that nothing comes as a surprise afterwards.
