Brazilian Butt Lift Cost in Turkey 2026: Your Three Options

A Brazilian butt lift in Turkey starts from €2,720, with liposuction of two areas included; combined with a tummy tuck it starts from €4,290, and buttock implants start from €3,780. These are surgical starting prices; at Dr. Semih Yıldız’s clinic the price is quoted individually for each case after he has reviewed your photos and medical history. Three starting figures, three different operations
The three figures belong to three different operations, each suited to a different body:
Brazilian butt lift (BBL): fat is removed by liposuction from donor areas such as the abdomen, flanks or back, purified and transferred to the buttocks. Liposuction of any two areas is included in the starting figure; most often these are the abdomen, flanks included, and the lower back.
Tummy tuck with BBL: for loose abdominal skin, with fat from the tummy tuck and liposuction moved to the buttocks during the same operation.
Buttock implants: when there is too little fat to move, the volume comes from silicone implants, alone or together with fat.
Which route fits you depends on your body rather than on preference: how much donor fat you have, whether your abdominal skin is loose and what your health allows. A very slim patient may not have enough fat for a BBL, and the realistic answer is then implants or a combination.
A personal price needs clear front, side and back photos and your medical history. The photos show your donor fat, your waist and the shape of your buttocks; your history shows whether a BBL is a safe choice for you. Your history also tells the team whether your weight is stable, whether you can stay off nicotine for at least 4 weeks before and after surgery, and which medicines or supplements you take, because some, including blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and certain herbal remedies, may need a pause. Previous injections into the buttocks should always be mentioned.
Volume follows safety, not the budget
Whatever the budget, the fat goes only into the layer under the skin, never into the buttock muscle, and how much that layer can hold in one session is a medical limit, not something a higher price can change. In Dr. Semih Yıldız’s practice, the placement of the fat is checked with ultrasound during every BBL; he performs both the liposuction and the fat transfer himself, never delegating the injection, and he does at most one BBL a day.
A plan that promises a very large volume regardless of your tissues is not a more generous offer: overfilling raises the pressure in the tissue, harms fat survival and invites deeper placement. If your goal needs more than one session can safely give, a second session months later is the safer route. It is a separate operation with its own plan, which is worth knowing before you compare quotations.
How many areas the fat comes from
In a BBL, the waist is shaped at the same time by liposuction of the donor areas, performed with Vaser or J-Plasma; the device is included in the price, and two areas are already part of the starting figure. Adding further areas, for example the upper back as well as the abdomen and lower back, lengthens the operation and the recovery, and it is one of the things that make a personal plan differ from the starting point.
More liposuction does not automatically mean more volume in the buttocks. Extra areas are planned to shape the waist and back, not simply to collect more fat, because, as explained above, the amount that can be transferred safely is limited. A long liposuction is also a strain on the body in its own right, so the number of areas is decided with your health in mind.
Reading a BBL quotation line by line
A complete quotation leaves nothing important to assumption, and it should be in writing. Check that it names what is specific to you:
The option: BBL, tummy tuck with BBL, or buttock implants alone or with fat
The donor areas by name
That the fat goes into the layer under the skin only, never into the muscle
General anaesthesia, the expected operating time of about 2–4 hours and how many nights you stay in hospital
Any other procedure combined in the same operation
Lymphatic drainage sessions, if they are planned for you
Whether the figure is the surgical price or the full package price
The follow-up arrangements after your return home
Other things need no checking, because the surgical price always covers them: the operation and anaesthesia, the hospital stay planned for your operation, standard blood tests before surgery, the compression garment and the special sitting cushion, the medication you take home, and your check-ups and stitch removal in Istanbul. If a pre-existing condition means you need extra tests or extra nights in hospital, these are charged separately at the hospital’s rates, which is one more reason to share your full medical history from the start.
Revisions are assessed individually. If Dr. Semih Yıldız considers a revision medically appropriate, he charges no additional surgeon’s fee; operating-room and material costs, and implant costs where implants are used, are charged at cost. Changes that appear later with time and the ageing of the tissues are treated as a new operation and charged as such.
The week after surgery: hospital, garment and cushion
After a BBL alone, the usual pattern is one night in hospital, about 7 days in Istanbul and a return to desk work after about 2 weeks. For the first 2 weeks you avoid sitting or lying directly on your buttocks and use a special cushion when sitting cannot be avoided. You wear a compression garment for about 6 weeks, and lymphatic drainage sessions can be set up in Istanbul.
The garment, the cushion, your medication and your check-ups during this week are all covered by the surgical price, so what is left to settle is mainly where you stay. There are two ways to arrange it:
Surgical price: you book your own hotel and make your own way to the hospital and to your check-ups.
Full package price: hotel accommodation, transfers between the airport, hotel and hospital, and accommodation for a companion are added.
Flights are not part of either price, so you book them yourself once your dates are confirmed. The flight home needs planning of its own, with walking breaks and the cushion for the trip. A tummy tuck with BBL is a larger operation with two nights in hospital and a longer recovery, so your stay and time off work are planned around both procedures.

Which two liposuction areas are included?
Any two areas can be chosen. Most often they are the abdomen, flanks included, and the lower back, because together they shape the waist; depending on where you carry fat, the upper back, the arms or the thighs are other options. If more areas are needed for a balanced result, your quotation should name each one, so that you can see exactly what is planned.
Is a second fat transfer session part of the first plan?
No, a second session is a separate operation. It can be considered once the result has settled, so not before about 6 months, and only if enough donor fat remains. Knowing this in advance helps when you compare offers: reaching a larger goal in two moderate sessions is safer than placing too much fat at once.
Does a tummy tuck with BBL mean a longer stay?
Usually it does. The tummy tuck adds a larger wound that also has to be checked before you fly, so the stay in Istanbul and the time off work are planned longer than for a BBL alone. The exact length depends on the extent of both procedures and is stated in your written plan.
