1- Do not smoke

Smoking delays wound healing as it reduces the level of oxygen in the blood. If you are a smoker, quitting smoking two weeks before the surgery is a very precautionary factor for your healing process.

2- Check the medicines and vitamins you use

Since drugs containing the active ingredient of aspirin (salicylic acid) and drugs containing vitamin E may increase your risk of bleeding, you should stop using such drugs 10 days before your surgery.

3- Don't get the flu

Please inform your doctor if you feel cold-sore throat before the operation.

4- Stabilize your weight

We recommend that you reach a stable weight for 6 months before the surgery. Weight changes after surgery can negatively affect your results.

5- Clarify your expectations

Although we do our best for a good result, your anatomy may limit this results. Talk to your doctor in detail about what kind of result you expect and check it if its realistic.
